What to Expect
First Visit
Consultation
This is to review your health history and gain an understanding of your complaint and to work out if you are a good candidate for chiropractic care.
Examination
If our consultation suggests you can be helped with chiropractic care we will need to perform a complete examination involving postural evaluation , muscle and spinal examination and flexibility studies.
Treatment
If we feel that we can help you and you decide to receive care you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment on the first visit.
X-Rays
Diagnostic imaging can show bone abnormalities, fractures and any spinal degeneration. If XRAYS are required you will be referred to nearby radiology clinics.
Subsequent Visits
These visits will be discussed after each treatment dependant on the patients requirements and prognosis . NO LOCKED IN CONTRACTS OR PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE ARE USED.
Exercises
Exercises are ALWAYS given after your first visit and play an integral role in reclaiming optimal function to your spine and surrounding areas .We will usually prescribe short bursts of specific exercises (few minutes) that must be done daily and repeated for the rest of your life !!!
